Attorney Zandra L. Johnson has been re-elected to the South Carolina Bar Association House of Delegates. Johnson, who will represent the 13th Judicial Circuit, will serve her third term beginning July 1, 2014, having served two previous terms in 2008 and 2010. As a member of the House of Delegates, Ms. Johnson assists in the establishment of policy for the South Carolina Bar Association, the organization that governs lawyers licensed to practice in the state.
